Split Desire is a house and electronic producer and DJ project from Jerusalem, built in the space between: deep, hypnotic house that builds slow and bright vocal house made for the release, moving freely within a single set. Every release is written and produced by Split Desire, made to be played — by DJs, on radio, on the floor.

Split Desire is a producer and DJ project from Jerusalem, built in the space between — between genres, between scenes, between the many pulls of the human heart. The name is the whole idea: desire is rarely one clean thing, and Split Desire refuses to choose.
On one side is deep house — hypnotic, warm, low-lit, the part of the night where the floor stops thinking and starts moving. On the other is vocal house — bright, body-moving, a hook the whole room sings back. Most projects pick one and build a night around it. A Split Desire set keeps both on the same floor, in the same night, and moves between them freely. The split is the desire.
The singles — including “Both Man and Woman” and “Round and Round” — are written and produced by Split Desire and built to be played: DJ edits accompany the releases, and the live show rebuilds the tracks on hardware (Ableton Live, Push, APC40 MKII, Kaossilator) instead of pressing play. Wherever a set lands, the throughline stays the same: warmth, release, and an open heart on the dancefloor. Music for people who love to love.
